If I experienced anything in my life good or bad I wrote it down. So in today, we’re going to talk about the top 10 journal prompts that you can use the next time you write in your journal. Journaling is exceptionally helpful for those who deal with low self-esteem, depressed or anxious.

For as long as I can remember I have been journaling. At times when I was depressed, stressed, sad, heartbroken, or felt like an outcast. I would sit in my room and write it all down. I believe journaling is extremely powerful. For me, I am a very private person and my emotions can be very intense, so I find it more helpful for me to write down what it is I am thinking or feeling on paper.

Journalling for me is used as a tool that allows me to review my past, write down what is happening in the present and writing down what I would like to happen in the future.

I have had a few depressive moments in my life so far and I have dealt with anxiety for the majority of my life. I find it easier to write down my thoughts and my emotions and how I feel. I use your journal to write down my goals and what I want to change in my life.
