It’s not healthy to be stressed, but it is exceptionally not healthy to be pregnant and stressed. Now, we do have so much to worry about.
We are worried about birth, doctors, birthing plans, getting all the essentials, being healthy, weight gain or loss, taking meds daily, getting exercise, bills, preparing the baby room, etc… The list goes on and on. Let’s face it, we are worry warts.
However, we need stress less and find balance. We’re not meant to be superwomen. We’re not meant to seek perfection. We do the best we can do and ask for help.
