Are you wondering if you’re going through the spiritual awakening process? Maybe you’re wondering what are the signs and experiences you will go through? I’d like to walk you through 25 potential things you will experience during the spiritual awakening process. When my self-love journey began I was in a two-year-long depression. Simply because I didn’t want to make those tough decisions that would make me ultimately happy. When we stay the course of something that doesn’t work for us or we hold onto things that we need to let go of we fall into a depression.
My Advice: Do YOU.
Don’t stay in relationships and marriages that cripples you. Don’t hold onto memories that cripples you. You must be very self-aware in order for you to make decisions and care less about the judgments that come after you do. Most of us care so much about the opinions and judgments of others that we will stay stuck.
If you are staying stuck and you are getting in your own way then, stop it. You deserve happiness. You only have one life to live – so live it! It is just that simple and it is up to you to get out of your own way and take action towards your dreams and desires. When going through the beginning stages of a spiritual awakening you tend to battle your old beliefs and habits.
Now, let’s dig into the things you might experience during your spiritual awakening.
One. The need for you to change a negative or unwanted mindset, relationship, environment, and people.
Two. The deep need for understanding the world around you.
Whether you are trying to break the “conspiracies” of the world or you want to understand why people do what they do.
Three. Focus on figuring who you are at your core.
This will require you diving deep into your mindset, emotions, habits, behaviors, strengths, and weakness. Who are you at your core? How comfortable are you with who you are today? Are you moving through life based on your ego or love or fear?
Four. Needing to trust your intuition.
You might start to feel this urge to rely on your inner guide. You start to understand that you are the one that will make the best decisions for you and your life.
Five. Urge to help others and serve others.
I felt that I had to document my story so that it would help others who were going through similar experiences. You might feel compelled do something that helps others in some way.
Six. Love yourself unconditionally.
It is amazing to me how you feel when you love yourself unconditionally. You are much kinder to yourself, more forgiving, and you feel better from within. We all experience love differently, I assume, but this is my experience.
Seven. Less worrying about what others think of you.
This is the most difficult thing to accomplish. I feel could take some of us longer than others to really break this habit. This is something I am continuing to practice in every aspect of my life. I have yet to master it, but I am self-aware and conscious when the moments arise.
Eight. You become more confident in yourself and your decision making.
No longer are your decisions based on fear, insecurities, or made to prevent the judgments and opinions of others. Now, your decisions are made because of you and who you are.
Nine. You feel more compassionate for others, animals, and nature.
Ten. You start to question everything around you and within you need to know a deeper meaning to life.
Eleven. You become more hypersensitivity.
Twelve. A boost in creativity and increased inspiration.
Thirteen. Increased coincidences and synchronicities.
Such as numbers like 333 or 111 or 1111. Animals such as black crows and butterflies. I still see numbers on my clock all the time.
Fourteen. Lower sex drive.
Your focus is more likely towards your heart or you’re in your head instead of on your lower half. You aren’t thinking about sex as much as you use to. Of course, you still want to have sex, but with someone you trust.
Fifteen. More aware of the foods you eat.
Sixteen. Change in sleeping patterns.
You might start waking up between 1 am – 5 am in the morning. I remember waking up a few times during one sleeping session. I experienced having vivid dreams.
Seventeen. Fear vs love based actions.
You start to realize that your decision making used to come from a place of ego, pride, or fear. When you start to cut it out and start to align with yourself you start making decisions that are true to who you are at your core (your higher self).
Eighteen. Feel connected to everything and everyone.
Nineteen. Loss interest in judging and care less if judged.
Twenty. Aware of your Ego.
Twenty-one. Give without expectations.
Twenty-two. Feel connected to a higher power such as god, universe, guides, and ancestors.
There will come a time when you have this inner knowing that you are no longer alone. You feel guided and you feel less lonely although no one is physically there.
Twenty-three. Needing to “know” and ask questions “why”.
Your curiosity will be an all-time high. You will begin to question everything within you and around you. You desperately need the answers to these questions. I’ve done an extensive amount of research, speaking to people who are like-minded people, and speaking to psychics, mediums, and astrologers.
Twenty-four Feeling complete and happy.
Twenty-five. Breakaway from society, family, peers, spouse, and others expectations of you.
